We would like You to feel comfortable and good, so we have composed a SPA etiquette that we are asking You to follow. SPA treatments:
• You will ensure Yourself the treatments and the times suitable to You by booking everything via e-mail prior to Your arrival. We cannot guarantee You the sufficiency of the treatments on the spot.
• When booking the treatments make sure that they suit Your health. Please inform the therapist of any of Your health peculiarities.
• In case of the SPA packages we are expecting a prepayment to the hotel's bank account. If You are booking a treatment on-site You shold make a prepayment at the reception prior to going to a treatment.
• When going to the treatment please dress casually and comfortably. We sell SPA slippers and rent bathrobes. We also ask You to leave Your jewelry to Your hotel room.
• When going to the SPA bring Your indoor footwear along or buy SPA slippers at the hotel reception.
• We would like You to be in the SPA 5-10 minutes before the beginning of the treatment, so that You could prepare for the upcoming treatment without a haste.
• While at the SPA please do speak and move quietly and do not use Your mobile phone.
• If the treatments are booked and paid for and You do not come to the treatment, the hotel will not return the money.
• If You are late the duration of Your treatment will be decreased by the time of Your unpunctuality.
• If You cannot find a therapy room ask the SPA receptionist for assistance.
• It is strongly prohibited to go to the SPA under the influence of alcohol. Finnish sauna and swimming pool:
• It is strongly recommended to take a shower before going to sauna and swimming pool.
• It is necessary to disinfect Your feet before and after using the pool area. The disinfecting set is located next to the contrast bath.
• We recommend not to wear any jewelry at the pool area. The SPA personel is not responsible for the money and other valuables left at the SPA area. Please leave Your valuables to Your hotel room.
• Be careful in the shower and pool area. The floor might be slippery.
• At the pool area try to use as few towels as possible.
• Do not go outdoors using pool area doors barefoot.
• It is prohibited to use honey, salt and other substances in the saunas. Bring along the saunaproducts in break proof containers.
• Please do throw only hot water on the sauna stones.
• The consumption of alcohol is strongly prohibited.
• For the safety reasons we are asking You not to jump into the water. The swimming pool is not deep enough for this.
• Please keep an eye on Your children, so that they are safe and not disturbing other clients.
• Use the toilet opposite the Finnish sauna or at the basement next to the dressing room, if necessary.
• In order to avoid excessive water on the floors, dry Yourself already in the shower.

• After leaving pool area please return the locker key to the receptionist.
