Additional Nights

An additional night in the same room before or after the celebration is available at a 10% discount, and a second additional night at a 15% discount off the regular room rate. The additional night rate includes breakfast and a 1.5-hour visit to the sauna and pool area with advance reservation.

Festive Dinner Menu

Cold Buffet

• Saka-style cured salmon fillet
• Herring fillet with sour cream and pickled red onion
• Shrimp and avocado cream in mini tartlets
• Crispy shrimp with chilli-lime sauce
• Smoked chicken salad with walnuts in mini tartlets
• Pork fillet galantine with figs, goat cheese and prosciutto
• Roast beef with horseradish sauce, baby cucumbers and pea shoots
• Spring rolls with duck fillet and vegetables, served with sweet and sour sauce
• Saka Caesar salad with chicken
• Layered herring and vegetable salad (Shuba)
• Green salad with pomegranate seeds and citrus fruits

Main Courses

• Duck breast with red wine and cherry sauce, served with sweet potato purée
• Salmon fillet with ginger and lemongrass sauce
• Roasted vegetables and garlic potatoes

Dessert

• White chocolate mousse with mango and passion fruit purée

Sauna and Pool Area & Spa Treatments

On 31 December 2026, a 1.5-hour visit to the sauna and pool area can be booked in advance for an additional fee.

We kindly ask you to book all spa treatments in advance. Spa reservations associated with the package can only be confirmed once the advance payment has been received.

If you are unable to attend your treatment, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a later cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Advance Payment and Cancellation

A 100% advance payment is required for the New Year’s Eve package. For bookings made after 1 December 2026, the advance payment must be completed within three days. If a reservation is cancelled after 1 December 2026, the advance payment is non-refundable.
