We send out gift cards in our signature envelopes at the address you have specified. You can visit us first and we will agree on the details.
We also offer e-gift cards, which are sent out to the e-mail address the client has specified. We send out gift cards after the 100% prepayment has been received. For the gift cards to be sent out as fast as possible, please attach a copy of the payment order from the Internet bank to your order.
The gift cards issued after 1 January 2011 are valid for 6 months. After the card expires, it is no longer valid. So please make a good use of our gift cards.
It is not possible to pay with a gift card for discounted offers, except for the cases when the gift card has been issued before the end of the offer. We also make a relevant marking on the gift card.
NB! Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a gift card to the hotel. However, we can prolong the term of validity of a gift card by agreement.
