Celebrate Estonia’s Independence Day with a festive concert dinner at Saka Manor.
We invite everyone on 23 February to a concert dinner in the Manor House ballroom.
This is Saka Manor’s traditional Independence Day appreciation dinner. As guests of honour, residents of Ida-Viru and Lääne-Viru counties who have received state decorations from the President of Estonia this year are invited.
Music will be performed by Hanna-Liina Võsa and Johan Randvere, featuring beloved Estonian melodies.
Hanna-Liina Võsa is an acclaimed musical theatre singer and actress, described by the Los Angeles Times as a “silver-voiced singer with a great future.” She graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York in 2001 and earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from The New School University in 2017.
Johan Randvere is one of the brightest musicians of his generation. He began his piano studies at Võru Music School, continued at the Tallinn Music High School, and completed his master’s degree at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in 2016. From 2012 to 2015, he furthered his studies at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan. He has received awards at numerous competitions.
The Estonian-inspired dinner menu has been created for one evening only.

Menu:
Welcome: a glass of sparkling wine
Starter: potato rösti, spiced Baltic herring and egg salad, pickled onion and mustard seeds, black bread pangrattato, fresh herbs
Main course: pork carré, cognac pepper sauce, roasted leek and potato cream, creamy bulgur with porcini mushrooms, charcoal-grilled bimi and spring onion, parmesan
Dessert: apple terrine, dulce de leche cream, blackcurrant sorbet, chocolate crumble
Extras: coffee, tea, flavoured water
