Payment terms:

The reservation is considered confirmed once the prepayment has been received according to the issued invoice.

Cancellation and refund policy:

If the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the prepayment.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Paying the prepayment confirms that the client has read and agrees to the terms and conditions.
