Come and celebrate with the whole family!
Brunch is a late breakfast that replaces both breakfast and lunch.
A buffet-style brunch will be served at 12:00 at Saka Manor.
Seats for this exclusive lunch are limited.
The Mother’s Day brunch menu features only the finest flavours:
Classic potato salad
Seafood salad with green vegetables and ceviche dressing
Caesar salad with grilled chicken fillet and aged cheese
Butternut squash hummus with baguette/ciabatta
Crispy prawns with ceviche dressing
Spring rolls with duck and vegetables
Lightly cured trout with beetroot
Pork galantine with chanterelles
Lightly smoked trout fillet with Café de Paris butter
Chicken thigh with chanterelle sauce
Oven-baked potatoes with seasonal herbs
Stewed vegetables with chickpeas
Raspberry Brita cake
Coffee, tea, flavoured water, bread roll
And of course, all mothers will be treated to a glass of Prosecco by Saka Manor, and children will receive lemonade.
